The Rider Rehab Centre aims to optimise rider performance and provide rehabilitation following an injury, to any level of rider from leisure riders to top international riders.

Our facilities include our new rider treatment room and Rider Performance Studio

We provide bespoke rider rehab packages from a one off performance assessment, to an intense Physiotherapy led programme, tailored to your needs and budget

About us

 

The centre was founded by Kathryn Burns, Physiotherapist in 2019. After working closely with the Injured Jockeys Fund, she saw how beneficial their work was in the Racing world and wanted this type of service to be available to all riders from all backgrounds.

​

Kathryn is a specialist Neurological Physiotherapist that has worked all over the country, working with all types of Neurological injuries and conditions, both in the NHS and Private Sector. Kathryn also runs Rider biomechanics assessments throughout the Country
